Job Summary: Finance Director to manage financial and accounting tasks, including financial and accounting management, control, treasury, cost optimization, digitalization, and compliance. Cost optimization and treasury management A food products company in Barcelona requires a Finance Director. Integral Plus is a program of the SOC, and candidates must be in long-term unemployment status for 30 years or older, or unemployed for 45 years or older. They must be registered at the SOC employment office as unemployed jobseekers (DONO). The selected candidate will perform finance and accounting management tasks. 1\. Financial and Accounting Management: Supervise monthly and annual closing of accounts. 2\. Management Control (reporting): prepare the division’s P\&L, analyze deviations from budget, and propose corrective measures. 3\. Treasury Management: optimize Cash Flow and supervise relationships with banking entities and suppliers. 4\. Cost Optimization (Food Cost), working with operations to control raw material costs, waste, and logistics. 5\. Digitalization and processes: lead internal process improvement through ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools. 6\. Compliance and audit: coordinate external audits and ensure internal policies are implemented across all consumption centers. * Minimum 3 years’ experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance leadership role is required. Experience in food industry and/or logistics companies will be positively considered. * Bachelor’s Degree * Spanish (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Education in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related business fields.
