




Job Summary: We are seeking Family Workers to provide information, counseling, and follow-up support; identify and diagnose cases; and deliver the most necessary service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide information, counseling, and follow-up support to users and their families. 2. Identify and diagnose cases to offer the most appropriate service. 3. Support families in various situations and ensure confidentiality. Three Family Workers are required to provide information, counseling, and follow-up support to users and their families; identify and diagnose cases; and deliver the most necessary service. • Establish initial contact with the individual, family, or reference person to identify expectations and align them with the actual scope of the service. • Identify and prevent situations of social risk. • Complete and monitor the documentation required for social intervention with service users, and manage all related information using computerized systems. • Support families during various situations or life stages experienced by the person receiving care. • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards for service users and respect for their right to privacy. • Develop, implement, and evaluate the intervention program. • Report to service coordination any changes in the user’s condition requiring assessment. • Ensure respect for relational customs and cultural diversity of individuals receiving care. * Minimum 1 month of experience. • Remote or residential (senior care facility) Family Worker position. * Completion of primary education. * Competencies / knowledge: EMPATHY, INITIATIVE, AND COMMUNICATION. * Personal vehicle required. * Temporary employment contract (12 months). * Part-time morning shift (4 hours per day). * Gross monthly salary ranging from '650' to '750'. * Additional relevant information: TRAVEL BETWEEN HOUSEHOLDS WILL BE REIMBURSED AT 0.26 EUROS PER KM
