As part of our positioning as a leading company in the sector, we aim to reinforce our team with a Business Development Professional specialized in defense, with solid experience in the defense sector, to participate in the development of strategic opportunities within a dynamic and international environment.
**What will you do?**
---------------
* Identify, develop, and manage **business opportunities** in the defense domain, both in Spain and internationally.
* Analyze and interpret **technical documentation, tender specifications, and requirements** to ensure alignment with Indra’s capabilities.
* Prepare and draft **technical-economic proposals** (including ROMs and detailed proposals).
* Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams: **engineering, operations, finance, legal, and procurement**.
* Act as the main point of contact for **national and international clients**, participating in meetings, presentations, and industry trade fairs.
* Monitor the **commercial lifecycle**, identifying risks, milestones, and action plans.
* Provide technical insight to support the positioning of solutions such as C\-UAS, VSHORAD, or other defense systems.
* Drive promotional activities, technical demonstrations, and events.
**What are we looking for in you?**

**Mandatory:**
* University degree in **engineering** or another relevant technical discipline.
* **Minimum 5 years of experience in the defense sector**.
* Demonstrable experience in:
+ Business development and management
+ Interpretation of technical documentation
+ Preparation of proposals (ROMs or other technical-economic proposals)
* **High level of English (B2/C1\)**.
* Availability to **travel frequently**.
* Analytical ability, results orientation, and excellent communication skills.
**Preferred:**
* Experience in **international environments**.
* Knowledge of **public procurement processes or tenders**.
* Familiarity with defense systems, especially **C‑UAS, VSHORAD, or related systems**.
* Knowledge of additional languages.

**What does our selection process look like?**
