Job Mission: Within the scope of supporting personalized life projects for independent living and community integration, ensure a holistic perspective on individuals, their families, and the various services provided by FCSD, while continuously improving service delivery workflows. • Design, implement, and monitor procedures necessary to guarantee data quality across FCSD databases. • Adapt database variables to ensure accurate data entry and exploitation. • Generate required data reports for service management. • Generate required data reports for service annual reports and for FCSD’s institutional annual report. • Manage incidents, training, updates, adaptations, and developments (e.g., “Incorpora”, agenda and follow-up management in CMBD, adaptation of assessments and PAPs, digital document signing, etc.) in coordination with database vendors’ developers and FCSD professionals. • Analyze and optimize information flow between external database managers and FCSD services to ensure maximum effectiveness and data consistency. • Participate in defining performance indicators and dashboards to support decision-making (Business Intelligence). • Drive continuous database improvement by proposing adjustments or new functionalities aligned with team and end-user needs. • Conduct periodic review, management, and cleansing of data (individuals and organizations) across all FCSD services. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; at least one year in similar roles. * Experience with IT systems or similar platforms. * Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate). * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced). * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in effective communication; solid command of grammar and written expression in both Catalan and Spanish; regular experience working in Office and CRM environments. * Temporary employment contract (6 months). * Part-time morning schedule (10 hours per month). * Gross monthly salary ranging from €419 to €420. * Additional relevant information: Flexible working hours; hybrid (remote and on-site) work model. Certification of disability (33% or higher) is considered an asset. During peak workload periods, there may be occasional opportunities to extend working hours to 20 hours per month; after such periods, the schedule reverts to the original 10 hours per month.
