You will be a key pillar in our customers' experience, handling inquiries, resolving incidents, and providing effective solutions regarding our products and services. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction. What are we looking for? * Previous experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. * Ability to listen, empathize, and solve problems quickly and effectively. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. * Proficient use of computer tools. * Technical knowledge is valued.
