As a Customer Management Agent, you will handle by phone all tasks related to maintaining and developing your assigned client portfolio, reporting directly to the Direct Sales and Customer Management Manager. Responsibilities: * · Answering incoming phone calls and emails * · Advising on products or services via WEB, email, phone, etc. * · Prospecting and acquiring new clients. * · Developing existing clients in your portfolio through cross-selling of products and/or services. * · Identifying opportunities, fostering client loyalty, and maintaining stable relationships. * · Achieving the monthly target set by the company * · Managing, processing, and closing commercial proposals and contracts * · Handling client incidents: receiving and routing them appropriately * · Daily activity reporting in CRM * · Collaborating with the sales network as part of a team Requirements: * Proficiency in computer tools. Experience with D365 is highly valued. * Negotiation skills, proactivity, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone sales.
