We provide integrated solutions resulting in groundbreaking projects, supported by a global team of over 30,000 employees across 150+ offices in markets worldwide—each contributing to a culture that values connection, belonging, and the power of differences. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Agile coordination and implementation of CRM projects and timelines, both internally across various agency departments and externally with clients. * Management of internal teams across different disciplines, fostering collaboration and effective communication to ensure successful project execution. * Evaluation and contribution of ideas, acting as a filter between clients and various internal teams. * Project supervision to ensure deliverables align with the brief and agreed objectives. * Execution of internal procedures associated with projects. * Budget control and invoicing for assigned clients. **SKILLS** * Proven experience managing call center campaigns, email marketing, customer segmentation, content personalization, and performance analysis on CRM platforms. * Experience designing and managing dashboards and reports to track CRM KPIs. * Knowledge of GDPR regulations is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and time management. * Familiarity with the digital/social industry and related platforms. * Prior experience in the automotive or insurance sectors—especially in After-Sales—is preferred. * Ability to identify and resolve operational issues within the Business Center. * Ability to coordinate complex projects and collaborate effectively in agile teams. * Strong planning and task prioritization capabilities. * Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and open-mindedness. **Additional Information** **English proficiency: fluent conversation.** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
