BARCELONA/MADRID, ES What Projects Do We Develop? Our department’s mission is to understand the needs and challenges of CaixaBank’s business areas. Based on this understanding, we determine how technology can help meet those needs and shape them into projects. This involves identifying key initiatives, formalizing them as projects, and managing their implementation. Additionally, active management of the associated budget for these areas is required to maximize return on investment. Responsibilities: * Project Management: Lead or coordinate the implementation of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. * Relationship Management: Serve as the key point of contact between IT and business areas, understanding their needs and strategic objectives. * Technology Alignment: Ensure IT solutions align with corporate strategy and contribute to growth and efficiency. * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process optimization using emerging technologies. * Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technological needs, document them, and prioritize them. * Change Management: Support adoption of new technologies through training, communication, and guidance for business teams. * Security and Compliance: Ensure technological solutions comply with applicable security standards, regulations, and legislation.
