Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience in roles related to digital adoption, automation, process analysis, or technology consulting, ideally with direct business engagement. * **Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse)** and low-code/no-code solutions. * **Microsoft Copilot** and business-oriented AI use scenarios. * **End-to-end process identification and analysis**, detection of inefficiencies, and assessment of when automation, AI, or process redesign adds value. * **Business-facing communication skills**, facilitation, training, or user enablement. * **Knowledge of AI adoption frameworks**, citizen developer communities, or continuous improvement environments. * **Interaction with multidisciplinary teams** (business, operations, digital workplace, IT). * **Fluency in English and Spanish** to interact with users and managers. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Process Analysis and Improvement:** Analyze end-to-end processes within business units to identify manual tasks, inefficiencies, critical points, or opportunities for automation and AI. Assess whether to automate, simplify, redesign, or apply Copilot capabilities. * **AI and Automation Use Case Identification and Definition:** Translate business needs into tangible proposals: AI use cases, Power Platform prototypes, practical recommendations, or adoption guides—prioritized by impact, value, and feasibility. * **Microsoft Copilot Enablement and Adoption:** Help users understand how, when, and why to use Copilot and AI tools in their daily work. Address questions, teach best practices, and promote responsible and effective usage. * **Training, Mentoring, and Upskilling:** Deliver hands-on sessions, demos, workshops, and applied training on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and responsible automation. * **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Actively engage with business teams, Digital Workplace, and support areas to understand their context, needs, and priorities. Identify real opportunities to create value through AI and low-code. * **Materials and Documentation Enhancement:** Identify gaps in existing documentation, tutorials, or learning resources. Propose improvements or new content based on direct user interaction. * **Feedback and Continuous Improvement:** Gather feedback from teams, analyze patterns, and relay enhancements to the DWP team to optimize solutions, internal services, and digital experiences. **Additionally, the following experience and/or knowledge would be highly valued:** * Power Platform and low-code/no-code solutions. * Microsoft Copilot and business-applied scenarios. * Process analysis techniques (Value Stream Mapping, Lean, Kaizen). * Change management (ADKAR). * Training, facilitation, or digital upskilling activities. * Generative AI applied in corporate environments (highly valued). * Experience in automation, citizen development, or continuous improvement.
