We specialize in the comprehensive management of Continuous Training Plans and support you throughout this process, following the framework established by the new model. Thus, we aim to manage scheduled, private, and subsidized training in a simple and efficient manner. What will you do on a daily basis? * Manage and expand our commercial contact database. * Follow up with interested customers to effectively close agreements. * Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage and record all commercial interactions. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (minimum 1 year). * Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability. * Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a strong commercial mindset. * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
