Advanced English. Technical/Functional Skills: Understanding of functions and limitations of operations within a global, outsourced IT organization. In-depth knowledge of cloud services (AWS and Azure required; others are an advantage). In-depth knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and industry best practices. In-depth knowledge of waterfall infrastructure project management and agile implementation methodologies. Ability to understand and deliver infrastructure services available 24/7/365. Excellent documentation and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace (email, calendar, drive, documents, etc.). **Responsibilities** Act as technical project and product manager on behalf of the delivery team. Understand and analyze infrastructure requirements for enterprise applications. Coordinate the managed service provider for project delivery. Ensure the project is delivered on time and within the approved budget. Coordinate external infrastructure providers potentially involved in the project. Coordinate and validate acceptance of enterprise application projects. Ensure smooth transition of operations. Prepare status reports on services and projects. Monitor service delivery against expectations. Collaborate with clients and operations and process management teams to identify service improvement activities. Ensure excellence in health and safety. Product Management Coordinate with product owners and application teams within appropriate governance frameworks. Conduct periodic reviews with product teams to assess security, finance, architecture, and other product support-related topics. Provide regular status updates for each product. Support product owners and application teams with new requests/demands.
