Experience delivering trainings on: coexistence, interculturality, social skills, emotional management, sexual and reproductive rights, conflict resolution, etc. Knowledge of the social and associative fabric of Bizkaia—especially Barakaldo—and of the migrant and anti-racist sectors. Experience and knowledge of how NGOs in international development operate. Experience working with migrants and youth. Experience facilitating groups using innovative methodologies (Theatre of the Oppressed, body expression, etc.). Previous work experience with Médecins du Monde is valued.
