We seek a technically skilled, highly motivated professional eager to grow within large-scale national and international industrial projects. We are looking for a technically proficient, solution-oriented candidate with solid industrial experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Support and coordination of mechanical maintenance activities at the plant * Technical execution, quality, schedule, and performance monitoring of equipment * Planning of resources, personnel, materials, and logistics * Coordination of in-house staff and subcontractors * Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures * Preparation of reports, daily logs, and final documentation related to plant maintenance **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; or Higher Vocational Training in Metallic Structures * Proficiency in IT tools and technical software (MS Project, Office, AutoCAD) * Proven experience in roles with similar responsibilities * Desirable: Knowledge of other CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Plant 3D, PDMS, etc.) * Desirable: Minimum 2 years’ experience in the industrial sector * Strong organizational skills, technical leadership, and ability to make decisions under pressure * **Immediate availability** **What We Offer** * Immediate incorporation into the position * Opportunities for professional growth within a leading company in the sector * A dynamic, technical, and collaborative work environment ***If you match this profile, we would be delighted to consider your application for this project.***
