Position Summary: This position focuses on the execution and validation of analytical methods, resolution of routine issues, and collaboration in laboratory maintenance and management. Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.* Execution of minor tests (pH, osmolality, viscosity, Karl Fischer titration, spectrophotometry, particle size…) and major tests (dissolution testing, HPLC/UHPLC, GC) according to LSNE\-León’s standard operating procedures. * Execution of the experimental portion of analytical method validations and transfers, following established protocols. * Participation in the development and optimization of analytical methods at both experimental and documentation levels. * Documentation of all experimental work in all required formats as specified by LSNE\-León procedures, including review of correct completion prior to submission to supervisor. * Resolution of routine issues with laboratory equipment. * In collaboration with Quality Control personnel: control of standards, reagents, chromatographic columns, and laboratory materials, as well as management of samples from the Analytical Development Department. * In collaboration with Quality Control personnel: perform maintenance, calibration, and verification of laboratory instrumentation. * In collaboration with Quality Control personnel: participate in general laboratory management, organization, and cleanliness of the analytical laboratory. * Assist in training staff on laboratory practices. * Report completed work to the Supervisor and Senior and Junior Analytical Development Technicians. * Prior experience not required.
