Deployment of AI-based solutions, such as: o Chatbots or virtual assistants to enhance user support for frequent tasks or first-level queries. o Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for automatic incident categorization or extraction of relevant information. Automated pattern and trend detection systems based on historical incident records, requests, and operational events. Predictive analytics and automated report generation, with special attention to early detection of deviations, bottlenecks, or operational risks. Systematic reviews of documentation, incidents, and trends will be conducted to feed continuous analysis and produce monthly strategic reports for AEAD.
