Professionals with experience in supporting elderly people and their families, with the possibility of immediate incorporation. Your functions and responsibilities will be: Informing and advising families regarding aspects related to the care of users in elderly residential facilities, particularly concerning their rights and duties in relation to the care received or to be received. Receiving and addressing suggestions, complaints, or claims submitted by families, attempting to resolve the issue immediately—either by proposing a solution or referring the matter to the competent authority—so as to resolve it as soon as possible; without prejudice to formal processing by the competent body. Analyzing suggestions, complaints, or claims submitted by families and developing improvement proposals. Analyzing family satisfaction indicators and developing improvement proposals. Mediating conflicts that may arise between families and centers. Participating in welcome protocols for new residents in centers and monitoring their first days of stay to clarify any questions families may have.
