Negratín is looking for a Site Manager to join our Energy and Installations team, leading the construction of high-capacity photovoltaic plants. **Location:** Málaga **Department:** Energy and Installations **Start Date:** Immediate **Reports To:** Project Manager What Will Be Your Mission? You will be responsible for supervising and managing the construction execution of photovoltaic plants, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and applicable regulations, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to guarantee successful project delivery. What Will You Do Daily? * Plan and supervise the technical execution of the project on-site. * Select, evaluate, and participate with the Project Manager in negotiations with subcontractors. * Coordinate and supervise all daily operations on-site. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations. * Monitor the budget and track financial performance of the project. * Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and resources. * Identify deviations and propose technical solutions. * Prepare periodic progress reports and report to the Project Manager. * Manage and lead assigned teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, logistics, and site assistance). * Maintain direct contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge management. What Are We Looking For? Education * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in mechanical, electrical, or related fields (minimum requirement). * Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering degree preferred. * Master’s degree in project management or renewable energies is desirable. Experience * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing high-capacity photovoltaic projects. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Experience coordinating subcontractors. * International experience is desirable. Key Competencies * Ability to interpret drawings across all disciplines. * Comprehensive management of photovoltaic construction projects. * Financial control and budget monitoring. * Project planning, execution, and control. * Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental regulations. * Supplier and contractor management.
