You will be responsible for supervising and managing the construction execution of photovoltaic plants, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and applicable regulations, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to guarantee successful project delivery. What Will You Do Daily? * Plan and supervise the technical execution of the project on-site. * Select, evaluate, and participate with the Project Manager in negotiations with subcontractors. * Coordinate and supervise all daily operations on-site. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations. * Monitor the budget and track financial performance of the project. * Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and resources. * Identify deviations and propose technical solutions. * Prepare periodic progress reports and report to the Project Manager. * Manage and lead assigned teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, logistics, and site assistance). * Maintain direct contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge management.
