Join us and help the world’s leading organizations discover the value of technology and build a more sustainable and inclusive world. **Are You Ready to Join CAPGEMINI?** **Who Are We Looking For?** ---------------------- We are looking for a **SIEM/SOAR (Microsoft Sentinel) Security Engineer**, with **at least 5 years of experience**, a strong technical background, and a practical focus on **automation, detection, and incident response**. ***Key Responsibilities*** * **SIEM/SOAR Architecture and Implementation:** * Design, development, and implementation of SIEM and SOAR solutions aligned with the company’s cybersecurity strategy. Lead integration and deployment with multidisciplinary teams. * **Advanced SIEM Configuration:** * Development of correlation rules, filters, and integration of multiple data sources. * **Automation and Scripting:** * Development of automated scripts and workflows (SOAR) to optimize incident response. * **Continuous Optimization:** * Ongoing tuning and enhancement of SIEM/SOAR modules based on emerging threats and business needs. * **Collaboration with IT and Security Teams:** * Joint work to ensure effective integration with infrastructures, applications, and networks. * **Training and Mentoring:** * Knowledge transfer and support for junior profiles, especially in MS Sentinel technologies. * **Policies and Compliance:** * Support in defining and enforcing security policies and industry regulations. ***Required Skills*** * **Scripting and Programming:** Python, PowerShell, or Bash. * **Networking and Security:** Network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS. * **Operating Systems:** Windows, Linux, and Unix. * **Threat Intelligence:** Integration of threat intelligence feeds. * **Database Security.** * **Cloud Security:** AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. * **Incident Response:** Use of incident response tools and frameworks. * **Security Analytics & ML** applied to SIEM. * **Log Management** and **continuous monitoring**. ***Nice to Have*** * Knowledge of **OT (Operational Technology)**. * University degree in **Cybersecurity, Networking, Computer Science, or related field**. * Relevant certifications: * CompTIA Security+ * CEH * CISSP * **Microsoft Sentinel / Security certifications (SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, SC-900)** ***Personal Requirements*** * High motivation and strong technical ability. * Good level of English (minimum B2 spoken). * **Location:** Asturias or Málaga **What Will You Enjoy Working Here?** ------------------------------------- We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Development and Work-Life Balance initiatives, including but not limited to: * Onboarding support through the Buddies program. * 24 vacation days + 2 personal days + December 24 and 31 + option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year. * Continuous training: access to MyLearning, Capgemini University, Digital Campuses, and Professional Communities.
