We are looking for a **Senior MLOps Architect** with at least 5 years of experience to lead the design of a **digital transformation platform in the Healthcare sector**, as part of a team developing innovative technological solutions with real impact on people's lives. **Responsibilities:** * Develop the **conceptual design** of the solution and the **architecture of technological components**, meeting development and project requirements. * Define **technical alternatives** enabling requirement fulfillment through innovative and scalable approaches. * Select the **optimal solution**, considering parameterization, flexibility, efficiency, and technological sustainability. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * +5 years of experience in MLOps or similar roles. * Experience in **Cloud** and/or on-premises environments. * Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps tools such as **Kubeflow, MLflow, kserve, VLLM**. * Familiarity with **IaC** technologies (Terraform, Pulumi) and **DevOps** tools (Github, Github Actions). * Ability to propose and defend AI / ML / GenAI solutions both in Cloud and on-premises environments. * **Technical team leadership**. **Highly Desirable** * Knowledge of healthcare standards: **HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR**. * Technical skills in **Java, REST services, JSON, Angular, Postman**. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** * International, positive, dynamic, and motivated work environment. * Hybrid work model (remote/on-site). * Flexible working hours. * Continuous training: Certification preparation, access to Coursera, weekly English and German classes... * Flexible compensation plan: Health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare support, transportation allowances... * Life and accident insurance. * More than 26 working days of vacation per year. * Social fund. * Free specialist services (physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, psychologists, lawyers...) * 100% salary coverage during sick leave.
