Responsibilities include organizing and archiving all legal documentation, ensuring strict adherence to applicable deadlines and procedures. Clear and effective communication with clients and other entities will be highly valued. Proficiency in the Galician language is essential for proper client service and processing of documents in that language. Daily tasks include preparing drafts of notarial deeds, conducting thorough verification of submitted documentation, and supporting various administrative tasks within the office. A minimum of three years of relevant experience and a university degree (Bachelor's) are required. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00, with the exception that on Wednesdays the working day is continuous until 20:00. We seek an organized, meticulous individual with strong ability to work under pressure, always prioritizing quality and attention to detail in legal documents and case files.
