Description
Main responsibilities:
* Conduct property visits and verify their occupancy status and condition.
* Contact debtors, occupants, or other third parties related to the asset professionally and respectfully.
* Negotiate voluntary handovers, access agreements, and other amicable solutions where appropriate.
* Prepare visit reports including photographs and supporting documentation.
* Coordinate with legal, recovery, and asset management departments.
* Track case files and update information in the company's CRM.
* Manage issues arising from visits and propose alternative courses of action.
Requirements:
* Experience in NPL, debt recovery, real estate management, servicing, or similar roles (preferred).
* Valid driving license class B and personal vehicle.
* Availability for travel.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency with IT tools (Office suite and CRM).
* Ability to work autonomously and organize tasks effectively.
Particularly valued:
* Experience with banking assets or investment fund assets.
* Knowledge of mortgage procedures and judicial enforcement.
* Experience negotiating with debtors and occupants.
* Education in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
