**Position:** Gardener **Job Description:** A growing gardening company is looking to incorporate a responsible and hardworking gardener into its team, passionate about the care and maintenance of green spaces. The selected person will carry out gardening tasks in private homes, companies, and public spaces, always guaranteeing high-quality work and close, professional treatment of the client. Our main area of operation is the **Northern Sierra of Madrid**, with our **headquarters in Lozoyuela**, so we especially value availability to work in this area and commitment to the natural environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Garden maintenance (mowing lawns, pruning, watering, and cleaning). * Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. * Sowing, fertilizing lawns and plants. * Use and maintenance of gardening tools, machinery, and vehicles. * Basic control of plant pests and diseases. * Keeping work areas clean and tidy. * Compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Willingness to work and learn a trade. * Prior experience in gardening, though not essential. * Basic knowledge of plants and garden maintenance. * Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors. * Responsibility, punctuality, and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work as part of a team. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Stable employment. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the company.
