Fresh products are essential both in food stores and for customers; therefore, you will be responsible for delivering the best service for these products, including their theatrical presentation, ensuring customers receive the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the BAKERY section, your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing and baking bread and pastries. * Handling and caring for merchandise. * Setting up the display counter. * Restocking and arranging items to maintain the section’s visual appeal. * Managing shrinkage control. * Maintaining and promoting merchandise. * Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the section. * Providing personalized customer orientation and advice during purchase.
