It adopts a life-story-centered approach, supported by a specialized team delivering close, professional care, as well as rehabilitation units, disease prevention, and health programs. Currently, the company comprises over 1\.400 professionals serving 50 centers nationwide. We are currently looking for a Cook to join our SENIORS MARBELLA residence located in Marbella, Málaga. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * Prepare and season meals in accordance with the menu and dietary regimens proposed for approval by the center’s management and medical department supervision. * Supervise daily ordinary, special, and extraordinary meal services. * Coordinate kitchen staff to assemble trolleys with prepared meals. * Monitor food storage and inventory control, ensuring timely supply of items to the storeroom, checking their condition, and issuing them as needed for preparing various services. * Reconcile stock levels with center administrators, report shortages to management, ensure staff under your supervision fulfill their professional duties, and monitor their hygiene and uniform compliance. * Supervise maintenance of departmental machinery and utensils—including trays, ovens, fryers, extractors, filters, slicers, pots—ensuring they remain clean and fully operational. * Perform any other duties consistent with your role and professional qualifications.
