We are looking for an experienced and leadership-capable Assistant Head Waiter/Waitress to support team coordination and ensure excellent service throughout the season. Main Responsibilities: * Support the Head Waiter/Waitress in daily service organization. * Coordinate and supervise the waitstaff team. * Handle and resolve incidents involving camping guests. * Manage reservations and organize service shifts. * Train, motivate, and supervise the team. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and hygiene protocols. Requirements: * Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of dining room protocol and service standards. * Leadership ability and teamwork skills. * Customer orientation and strong communication skills. * Professional appearance and proactive attitude. * Foreign language skills (English, French, or German) are an advantage.
