




At BeFind, Personnel Selection Consulting, we are seeking a **Manager** for the **Bidding Department** of a business group located in **Málaga**. The selected candidate will lead and manage the entire lifecycle of educational project tenders, from opportunity detection to final award. Main **responsibilities**: * **Identification and Analysis**: Proactively detect and analyze relevant public and private tenders, thoroughly studying technical and administrative specifications to ensure compliance with requirements. * **Team Coordination**: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (educational specialists, technical staff, financial experts, etc.) involved in preparing proposals, ensuring cohesion and work quality. * **Proposal Development**: Draft, review, and submit technical and economic offers, ensuring they are competitive, comply with current regulations, and reflect the added value of our services. * **Document Management**: Supervise all required documentation, ensuring its proper collection and timely submission on bidding platforms. * **Follow-up and Communication**: Maintain smooth communication with contracting authorities and conduct thorough tracking of proposal status, responding to any correction requests. **What do you need to offer?** * University degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or similar). * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in a similar role managing tenders, preferably in the training or services sector. * In-depth knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Act (LCSP) and electronic tendering platforms. * Ability to interpret complex tender documents and structure solid technical and economic bids. * Office software proficiency. Advanced Excel skills. * Ability to identify business opportunities and align proposals with company objectives. * Skills in leading and motivating work teams, promoting collaboration and high performance. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation. **What does the company offer?** * Indefinite contract with the end client. * Full-time (39 hours per week) * Working hours (winter and summer): Monday to Thursday (9:00\-18:30\) and Friday (9:00\-14:00\). * On-site position in Málaga city with possibility of hybrid working mode.
