Job Summary: You will be responsible for driving sales across a group of stores, leading a team of people and managing all performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic work in a sector characterized by constant innovation. **Introduction** ---------------- As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across a group of stores, leading a human team of 80 to 100 people, and managing all performance indicators for your stores. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * You will be responsible for store teams: you will carry out staff selection, hiring, training, and team development. * You will manage sales, ensuring the standards defined by the company and procedures are maintained in stores. * You will implement new procedures, products, and in-store promotions. * You will optimize product availability. * You will ensure stores operate efficiently. **Are you the person we’re looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Completed university studies. * 2–3 years’ experience in team management. * High/native level of Spanish; minimum B2–C1 level of English; German is a plus. * Initiative, proactivity, people orientation, passion for teamwork, leadership, and results orientation. * Valid driver’s license required. * Prior experience in the sector and national mobility are valued. **What do we offer you?** ---------------------- * A full-time contract. * Dynamic work in a sector that demands constant innovation and continuous re-evaluation of daily operations. * We provide initial theoretical-practical training tailored to your role, along with a specific program offering a comprehensive overview of the company and its various departments.
