




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure food safety, legal compliance, and consistent product quality of meat products throughout all production stages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality and food safety at all stages of the production chain. 2. Manage non-conformities and quality incidents. 3. Monitor and verify the Animal Welfare Plan. A company dedicated to excellence in the meat industry is looking for a Quality Control Technician who wishes to join our major professional project, with the mission of ensuring food safety, legal compliance, and consistent product quality throughout all stages of the production chain. Supervise and perform BPH (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) control on operational lines, ensuring compliance with established standards. Carry out operational controls across various production lines to ensure product conformity with quality and safety requirements. Review and maintain up-to-date documentation control of the quality management system. Manage returns, non-conformities, and quality incidents, including tracking and proposing corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and verify the Animal Welfare Plan in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures. Perform water quality control. Manage and supervise Critical Control Points (CCPs), ensuring their proper implementation. Review product labeling to guarantee compliance with applicable legislation and customer requirements. Prepare, record, and archive documentation associated with the quality management system. * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Food Industry Processes and Quality and/or equivalent qualification * English (Intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Organized and planning-oriented individual; proactive with problem-solving ability; adaptable; autonomous; team player. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '1400' to '1600'
