This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate an experienced and stable kitchen team. The candidate will work closely with the Corporate Chef. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience coordinating staff meal menus. * Knowledge of international cuisine and adaptability to special diets. * Ability to train staff and promote best practices. We require someone with extensive experience managing large-scale buffets serving three meals daily. This is a large hotel accommodating over 1,000 guests, and we seek an operational Head Chef who actively cooks and supervises the buffet—not an executive profile. Employment type: Fixed-term discontinuous contract (8 months + holidays); monthly gross salary of €4,400 + variable component (to be discussed during interview) Candidates must reside locally, as the schedule involves split shifts with one day off per week (included in salary); long commutes would not be feasible.
