We are looking for a **MAITRE** for our MOLINA LARIO hotel, located in the heart of **MÁLAGA**. The main responsibilities include: * Organizing, directing, and coordinating the work of the staff under supervision. * Planning departmental schedules and shifts. * Ensuring compliance with established quality standards and procedures. * Responsible for delivering high-quality, professional, and efficient service to guests. * Supervising the proper execution of room-service processes. * Handling guest complaints. * Knowledge of and advisory capability regarding all food and wine menu items. * Supervising the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event spaces. * Controlling **budgets, costs, margins...** REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a department head in 4-star hotels. * Specific education in hotel and service management. * Advanced English + Other languages are valued. * Energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills, passion for customer service, and proactive attitude. * Leadership ability and capacity to manage a team. * Experience in events is an advantage.
