Allergen management and compliance with HACCP. **Cook for School Residence** Are you a culinary professional with a vocation for service and experience in large-volume operations? Our school residence is looking for a responsible Cook to lead the dining service and guarantee balanced and safe meals for our young residents. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Preparation of daily menus for 50 diners. * Management and control of **allergens and intolerances**. * Receiving orders, stock control, and supplier management. * Strict adherence to the self-control plan **(HACCP)** and maintenance of kitchen hygiene. * Ensuring maintenance of the hot food holding chain (hot table) in accordance with food safety regulations. **What we are looking for:** * **Proven experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in collective catering (schools, residences, hospitals) or large-scale events. * **Education:** Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Degree in Cooking and Gastronomy. * **Mandatory legal requirement:** Valid negative certificate for sexual offenses. * **Knowledge:** High-risk Food Handler Certificate and training in allergens. * Organized, clean individual with strong teamwork skills. **What we offer:** * **Contract type:** Replacement contract. * **Working hours:** Afternoon shift. * **Start date:** During February, respecting the candidate’s statutory notice period at their current position. * **Salary:** According to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering (plus allowances based on merit).
