The NH Málaga hotel is looking for an intern eager to launch their professional career in this industry, with opportunities for overtime or vacation work. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and inform guests about hotel features and services, as well as assist with small errands. * Handle guest reservations—by phone or in person—according to the chain’s commercial policy and based on room availability and characteristics. * Review incidents from previous shifts related to check-in, hotel facilities, and possible guest complaints or requests. * Verify the number of available rooms by cross-referencing property management system data with reservation documentation. * Perform guest check-in, collecting required information on a case-by-case basis. * Monitor charges posted to guest accounts—including accommodation, food & beverage, telephone, and other hotel services—and control account overages. * Process guest check-out, collecting necessary information on a case-by-case basis to complete the procedure. * Coordinate information regarding regular guests’ arrivals among relevant departments. **Requirements:** * Academic Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Diploma in Tourism, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism, or equivalent qualification. * Specific Knowledge: * Advanced level of English (spoken and written); additional languages are valued. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Required Profile: Service Orientation (Care), Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Ease), Results-Driven Mindset with ambition to exceed guest expectations (Deliver), instinct to recognize when and how to delight guests (Surprise), Commercial Initiative, Teamwork, and a hospitable, informal yet respectful and professional attitude—embodying the identity of NH Hotel Group properties (Natural Host). * Conditions: * Financial support for studies **What We Offer:** Internships at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas reflect our company’s commitment to future professionals in our industry—enhancing your practical training within a rich, experience-driven learning environment. **Considering your next challenge?
