We are looking for a nurse with a profile in critical patient areas. Their responsibilities would include; * Being responsible for direct patient care, according to the **nursing care plan** of the patients under their charge, ensuring patient safety throughout the care process. * Performing the **required entries in the patient's medical record.** * Demonstrating consistency and interest in **patient monitoring and management**, informing the patient about how care will be provided and on any other matters as required, while respecting standards of excellent quality care. * Respecting and maintaining an **appropriate relationship with patients and their families**, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and respectful environment. Providing, as well, the **information and education** that adequately addresses their needs. * Promoting an **effective interdepartmental working relationship** and working effectively as a team member to facilitate the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
