Job Summary: Nurse responsible for direct patient care, clinical record documentation, emergency management, and promotion of a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct patient care and monitoring of their progress. 2. Management of emergencies and critical situations. 3. Interdisciplinary collaboration and fostering a respectful environment. * Assume responsibility for direct patient care in accordance with the **nursing care plan** for assigned patients, ensuring their safety throughout the care process. * Perform required **documentations in the patient's clinical record.** * Remain **alert to emergencies and critical situations**, capable of responding appropriately under such circumstances. * Demonstrate consistency and commitment to **patient follow-up and monitoring**, informing patients about procedures to be followed in their care and any other matters as required, while adhering to standards of excellent quality care. * Respect and maintain **appropriate relationships with patients and their families**, collaborating in promoting and sustaining a professional and respectful environment. Previous Experience Nursing Diploma/Degree Specialized training in Emergency Care is desirable
