Our Salares Norte operation is located 180 kilometers from Diego de Almagro and 330 kilometers from Copiapó in the Atacama Region. This ensures company operational continuity while complying with safety and quality standards, and effectively coordinating with operations and contractors to maintain work continuity at high altitude. The primary challenge is to efficiently manage and administer transportation logistics in a highly complex environment, balancing safety and punctuality requirements with resource management and operational contingency handling. This involves coordinating multiple stakeholders and meeting strict standards, all within a high-altitude working context demanding precision and adaptability. **Requirements** Education and Experience * Hold a degree in Civil, Industrial, Logistics, Transportation, or Commercial Engineering, or a related field in Chile. Specialization in transportation or logistics management in mining is valued. * Minimum 5 years of experience in service or contract operations, preferably within the mining industry or sectors with complex logistics. * Supervision and operation of on-site transportation contracts, logistical planning for shift changes, coordination with Operations and Human Resources, management of operational contingencies, and safety audits of transportation units. Key Knowledge Areas * Personnel transportation management in a mining environment. * Supervision and operation of transportation contracts. * Mining safety regulations and fleet safety controls. * Transportation logistics for shift changes. * Operational efficiency and safety management. * Digital fleet monitoring systems, fatigue and drowsiness detection, passenger counting, and other online systems.
