Management of company-based internships and student tutoring **Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Training Technician/Instructor \- Training course "Receptionist in Tourist Establishments" (Málaga) in Málaga **Work Location** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Training project targeted at long-term unemployed individuals; specifically targeting individuals aged 45 years or older — particularly women — persons with a disability equal to or greater than 33%; nationals of third countries; foreign-origin participants; and other individuals in socioeconomically vulnerable situations, including those facing or at risk of poverty, social exclusion, or discrimination in its multiple forms, as certified by a report issued by Social Services. * Course objectives: Manage the reception department in accordance with the overall planning of the accommodation establishment, ensuring proper delivery of its core services and execution of commercial activities. * + . The work comprises two modules: 1\-. Specialized training (120 hours). Curriculum must comprehensively cover the following topics: Commercial activities and reservations; Reception and customer service; Management of departments within the accommodation area; Professional English for tourism * 2\-. Non-labor vocational training: Actively identifying companies where students can carry out the practical component of the training program, followed by tutoring of these students during their internships. * Upon completion of the training activity, a Report must be submitted reflecting the objectives, content, and outcomes of the training, as well as the evaluation criteria established for successfully completing the training activity. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing assessment tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits outlined in this vacancy announcement. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I (FPI) or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) — i.e., qualifications officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities — or possess substantial professional and/or academic experience relevant to the position (between 6 and 12 months). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 6 months’ teaching experience (If applicable, supporting documentation must be provided to verify this experience, e.g., Employment History Report and/or functions certificate) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle. (Driving license must be attached) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in reception for tourist establishments (Such training must be documented and submitted with the application) ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 3 years’ experience delivering training in reception for tourist establishments and tourism-related commercial management. * Between 6 months and 3 years’ experience in training projects aimed at rural development. * Between 6 months and 1 year’s experience performing reception duties in tourist establishments and tourism-related commercial management. **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule.
