The selected candidate will be responsible for the following **functions**: * **Design and deliver training activities** on public procurement and tendering, both in-person and online. * **Develop up-to-date didactic materials** aligned with current public procurement regulations. * **Train professionals and technical teams** in preparing, submitting, and managing tenders. * **Explain** administrative procedures, award criteria, and legal requirements clearly and practically. * **Monitor learning progress and evaluate** the impact of delivered training. * **Collaborate with the internal team** on the continuous improvement of training programs. #### **Your Profile** **REQUIREMENTS** * Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field. * Prior experience: Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in public tender management and/or delivering training in this field. * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in public procurement regulations, preparation of tender documents, analysis of technical and economic criteria, and drafting of technical reports. * Experience with public sector procurement platforms is desirable. * Strong communication skills and ability to convey knowledge in a structured and didactic manner. **OFFERED** * Temporary collaboration. * Flexible working hours. #### **Who We Are** We are a company dedicated since 2003 to Consulting, Training, Employment, and Advanced Services for businesses.
