Therefore, we are seeking a **Trainer in Pedagogical Tools and Bilingual Methodology** to join our team. Do you have experience in the educational field and are passionate about training other professionals in innovative methodologies and bilingual approaches? The selected candidate will be **responsible** for the following duties: * **Designing and delivering** training activities aimed at active teachers, focused on active methodologies, innovative pedagogical approaches, and the use of digital tools in bilingual environments. * **Facilitating content** that **promotes teaching\-learning** in CLIL/CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) contexts. * **Training teachers** in designing bilingual didactic units adapted to different educational stages. * **Advising and supporting** participants in the practical implementation of the methodologies covered. * **Updating training content** according to new pedagogical and technological trends. * **Collaborating** in assessing the effectiveness of training and in the continuous improvement of delivered programs. #### **Your profile** **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Education, Philology, Translation and Interpreting, Psychopedagogy, or similar. * Specific training in CLIL methodology, bilingual teaching, or innovative pedagogical tools. * Previous experience: At least 2 years as a teacher trainer or as a teacher in bilingual programs. * Minimum level B2 certified in English (C1 level is desirable). * Up\-to\-date knowledge of active methodologies (PBL, Flipped Classroom, Gamification, etc.) and use of educational digital tools. * Strong communication skills, pedagogical orientation, and ability to adapt to different training contexts. **WE OFFER** * Temporary collaboration. * On\-site mode. * Immediate incorporation. * Flexible working hours and schedule. #### **Who we are** We are a company that, since 2003, has been dedicated to Consulting, Training, Employment, and Advanced Services for businesses.
