Position Summary: We are seeking a masonry specialist trainer to professionally train individuals in vulnerable situations, facilitating their employment integration into the construction sector. Continuous pedagogical coordination and support We are looking for a **masonry specialist trainer** to deliver training aimed at a group of individuals belonging to collectives in vulnerable situations or at risk of social exclusion. The training forms part of projects oriented toward improving employability; therefore, the primary objective is to **professionally train participants to facilitate their employment integration into the construction sector**, specifically as **Third-Class Masons specialized in tiling and cladding**. **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Delivering theoretical\-practical training in basic masonry, tiling, and cladding. * Designing and adapting training sessions according to the group’s level and characteristics. * Implementing a **predominantly practical methodology (70% practical / 30% theoretical)**, based on the *learning by doing* approach. * Guiding trainees in executing real or simulated tasks: erecting partitions, laying floor coverings, cladding surfaces, etc. * Promoting the development of transversal competencies: teamwork, responsibility, autonomy, and social skills. * Conducting individualized follow-up of trainees and continuous assessment of learning. * Coordinating with the organization’s technical team to ensure proper implementation of the training activity. **Training Content** The training activity includes, among others, the following modules: * **Masonry fundamentals:** materials, tools, basic blueprint interpretation, and execution of basic tasks. * **Tiling:** types of floor coverings, installation techniques, leveling, and finishing. * **Cladding:** vertical surfacing, alignment, cutting, edging, and finishing. * **Occupational risk prevention in construction.** * **Final practical project:** complete execution of tasks in a simulated environment. **Methodology** The methodological approach must be: * **Practical and employment-oriented**, focused on acquiring real job-related competencies. * **Participatory and adaptable**, taking into account trainee diversity. * **Inclusive and accessible**, supporting learning for individuals with varying starting levels. * Based on active learning techniques: simulations, resolution of real-life cases, teamwork, and experiential learning. **Required Profile** * Demonstrable professional experience in masonry (especially in tiling and cladding). * Teaching experience or training in delivering vocational education. * Valuable experience working with vulnerable groups or in social projects. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention in construction. * Social sensitivity, communication skills, and adaptability. * Training in gender equality and diversity awareness (valuable). **Conditions** * Employment contract under the General Social Security Scheme. * Remuneration according to the agreement for non-regulated teaching and training. * Participation in a socially impactful project oriented toward employment integration. * Continuous pedagogical coordination and support throughout the training activity. **What We Are Looking For** Beyond technical expertise, we seek a person with a vocation for training and social commitment, capable of **motivating, accompanying, and generating real employment opportunities for individuals in vulnerable situations**.
