We are seeking a consultant specialized in renewable energy projects. You will join our Iberia Consulting team, and your responsibilities will focus on the management of BESS and photovoltaic projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent * 3–5 years of experience * Prior experience as a consultant * Prior experience in reviewing, preparing, and managing EPC contracts * Prior experience in construction supervision * Demonstrable cross-functional knowledge of BESS plants * Ability to work remotely **Main responsibilities** * Manage BESS project construction as Owner’s Engineering * Perform basic engineering for BESS and PV systems * Review detailed engineering for BESS and PV systems * Review EPC and major component supply contracts * Coordinate project team and tasks * Conduct weekly site visits to projects * Generate progress reports * Maintain and manage communications with clients * Supervise electrical substations * Support permitting and development of BESS systems **Languages** * Spanish and English * Portuguese and Italian are a plus. **Required software** * AutoCAD * PVsyst * PVCase * Microsoft 365 * QGIS * Python **Benefits** **What do we offer?** * Salary commensurate with professional experience * Private health insurance * Flexible compensation via Edenred * Training in hard\-skills and soft\-skills * Summer intensive working schedule
