Responsible for direct patient care in accordance with the nursing care plan for assigned patients, ensuring patient safety throughout the care process. 2. Performing appropriate documentation in the patient’s clinical record. 3. Demonstrating consistency and interest in patient follow-up and monitoring, informing patients about procedures related to their care and any other required matters, while adhering to standards of excellent-quality care. 4. Respecting and maintaining appropriate relationships with patients and their families, collaborating in promoting and sustaining a professional and respectful environment. Providing information and education appropriately tailored to patients’ and families’ needs. 5. Serving as a role model, assisting in the organization and supervision of nursing assistants when required, and mentoring nursing students when applicable. 7.
