We are looking for empathetic nursing professionals with attention to detail to provide specialized care to people with kidney failure, according to prescribed treatments, using standard therapy or online hemodiafiltration. As a key member of our nursing team, you will work following corporate protocols and guidelines that help us deliver safe and high-quality care. Your responsibilities: * **Lead comprehensive patient assessment**: you will design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access, monitor key parameters, and anticipate needs, ensuring excellent care. * **Monitor dialysis sessions**: you will prepare monitors and materials, accurately perform pre\-, intra\-, and post\-dialysis procedures, and guarantee the quality and safety of each session. * **Design and implement nursing care programs**: you will develop and promote specialized programs (e.g., stress management, psychosocial support, quality of life monitoring, and ongoing education), enhancing patient experience and quality of life. * **Analyze and ensure clinical information**: you will rigorously record data, generate detailed reports, and propose evidence-based improvements to continuously elevate our protocols and quality standards. * **Empower patients and their families**: you will provide expert advice on diet, fluid control, vascular access care, and medication, promoting their autonomy and strengthening the relationship. * **Drive excellence and regulatory compliance**: you will ensure adherence to corporate and center guidelines and protocols. * **Develop your professional career and specialization**: you will have access to advanced training aligned with your interests, such as nephrology specialization programs, advanced hemodialysis techniques, and clinical research; you will lead internal training projects and share your knowledge to foster team-wide growth. We are seeking nursing professionals with: * Degree or bachelor's in Nursing. * No prior experience required. * Knowledge in nephrology and dialysis (desirable). * Patient-centered orientation.
