Coordination with the attending physician and lead nurse from ABS Bellpuig. Medication management and organisation. Blood draws and administration of medication for Alba service users requiring such support. Management of external health-related services. Assessment of appropriate diets according to individual needs. Provision of necessary care. Delivery of training sessions across various entity services and supports. Coordination with families and support circles regarding health matters. Management of orders for healthcare products. Scheduling, coordination, and accompaniment to medical appointments when required. Teamwork and coordination with other internal departments and external services. Application of person-centred planning methodology. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. We seek a candidate holding a nursing diploma or degree, who is motivated and flexible, with organisational ability, initiative, and teamwork skills.
