Responsibilities include administering medication as prescribed, monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, and temperature), and collaborating with the medical team in preparing materials and medications. The position also involves managing clinical records by documenting relevant information. The professional will be responsible for caring for bedridden patients, including repositioning, supervising meals, and administering special diets when necessary. Additionally, personal hygiene of users and supervision of their belongings in rooms will be provided. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, in activities compatible with nursing qualifications is required. In facilities without specialists, pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders will be managed. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered.
