The selected candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes for teaching staff, ensuring compliance with requirements set forth in various public calls and guaranteeing efficient coverage of large volumes of courses. We seek a candidate with genuine knowledge of the training sector, accustomed to working under tight deadlines and handling multiple simultaneous processes, and capable of validating instructor profiles according to applicable regulations. **Your main responsibilities** * Selection and hiring of instructors for subsidized training activities. * Publication and management of instructor job postings. * Review and validation of instructor requirements per call (qualifications, experience, certifications). * Management of documentation and verification of regulatory compliance. * Coordination with the academic department for onboarding planning. * Management of high-volume hiring processes and simultaneous coverage of multiple courses. * Administrative support related to instructor hiring.
