Accompaniment in young people's autonomy process **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. * Proficiency in educational intervention strategies with young people and their emancipation process. * Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. * High motivation for educational work with young people. * Strong capacity for learning. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ * Personal and professional competencies such as honesty, loyalty, motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team will be valued. * Experience in intervention with former foster care youth is desirable. * Experience in educational settings is desirable. * Perseverance and tenacity. Among other duties, the role includes: developing sociolaboral integration and emancipation pathways for former foster care youth, and accompanying program users in their autonomy process and household routine. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement contract **Working Hours:** ------------ * Part-time **Working Schedule:** -------------------- Part-time: 27 hours per week.
