Main **responsibilities**: * Deliver curricula and lessons (**create presentations**). * Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs, including those with special requirements. * Assess student progress through exams, assignments, and observations. * Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning improvement. * Establish and enforce classroom behavior rules, fostering a positive learning environment. * Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities. * Maintain attendance records and tracking as instructed. **What do you need to offer?** * Prior experience delivering training programs in Digital Skills. * Bachelor's degree, engineer, architect, or equivalent undergraduate degree. * Associate degree, technical engineer, technical architect, or equivalent undergraduate degree. * Higher Technician from the professional families of Administration and Management or Information Technology and Communications. * Training in pedagogical or didactic competencies. **What does the company offer?** * General regime employment contract. * Start date: **TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2**, with possible extension until **June 2026** * 150 hours per course: 125 hours online and 25 hours in-person in Málaga Schedule (morning shift): Monday to Friday (9:00\-14:00\) and 5 in-person Saturdays (9:00\-14:00\) * If you believe you have what it takes, we look forward to your application!
