The selected candidate will join the IT support team, participating in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, as well as resolving first-level incidents in corporate environments, with emphasis on service quality and user experience. Main Responsibilities * Providing technical support to end users. * Installing and configuring Windows 10/11 operating systems and corporate software. * Resolving hardware and software incidents. * Performing basic network and peripheral administration. Requirements * Prior experience in technical support and microcomputer systems. * Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ticketing tools. * Experience resolving hardware and software incidents. * Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity. * Strong communication skills and user-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in corporate environments and end-user support. * IT certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, Citrix, etc.). * Experience in virtualized environments, especially VMware.
