We invite you to join Grupo Sermicro, a leading ICT Solutions and Services company that helps enterprises implement their business strategy through efficient and innovative use of technology. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve incidents (troubleshooting). * Administer Windows and Linux systems. * Manage servers, networks, and applications. * Create and remove accounts in Active Directory. * Provide microcomputer support and equipment renewal. * Configure switches and maintain infrastructure. * Automate tasks and write scripts for technical operations. **Essential Requirements:** * Vocational Training Level II / Higher Vocational Degree in Computer Science. * Experience as a Microcomputer Technician and in system administration. * Advanced knowledge of Windows/Linux environments. * Familiarity with system monitoring and management tools. * Experience in scripting and programming languages. * Ability to solve technical problems. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with Microsoft technologies (PowerApps, Business Central, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Entra ID). * Knowledge of networking and switch configuration. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Critical thinking and informed decision-making abilities. * Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
