




Do you hold a vocational training qualification (FP) in the IT field, with a specialization in Network Computer Systems (GS)? Would you like to learn every day while working for major clients? The primary mission of this position is to serve as the main point of contact between managed service customers and the company, both directly and via the digital tools provided. It encompasses monitoring, operating, and administering hardware infrastructures and associated software services—both for external clients and for the company itself—managing the necessary tools according to the ITIL service management framework implemented at NOLOGIN. Key responsibilities: * Handling user inquiries via phone and digital channels: registration, information requests, and tracking. * Registering, classifying, and tracking incidents and events reported by the IT monitoring systems deployed at client sites. * Performing first-level diagnosis of incidents and events. * Executing defined procedures and escalating events to client-specific resolution teams. * Carrying out medium-complexity IT tasks on systems, as previously planned and supervised. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT monitoring tools at client sites. * Maintaining inventories and technical documentation. * Preparing tracking reports and IT documentation. * Providing on-site support for internal company workstations. * Adhering to company-defined guidelines and procedures for customer interaction and operational processes. * Preparing the shift handover sheet and briefing the next colleague.
